Digital Transformation of supply chains have the potential to improve service levels and reduce costs. As companies place greater emphasis on supply chain management, Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) need to invest in growth through digital transformation of their supply chains. And as companies learn to tap into the opportunities created by digitalization, and disruptive technologies, it is possible to get more value from supply chains and improve profits. The senate will explore the technology spectrum – from hardware to software‐ that make up the digital transformation suite. The aim is to create a roadmap for choosing the appropriate technology to maximize efficacy The India Supply Chain Leaders Senate will bring some of the practice leaders to identify the long‐term digital transformation priorities – Resilience, Agility, and Sustainability, and how we can take targeted actions to shape the supply chains of the future.
